During the every Agile Month, our people attend Certified Scrum Courses and Advanced Agile Trainings, to learn and implement the best practices that real Agile Teams use.
During a year, the company organizes different internal educational events. Sometimes it is a knowledge exchange among colleagues; otherwise we invite external lecturers and coaches. This time we decided to invite someone who experienced Agile Transformation in one company.
